open your picture

go to home tab

then bright, color - color balacne (cheange the color)

Stay in home tab -- Filter - Noice (53)

then save that picture

now open photoscape

now go to combine

combine both pictures (real & edited)

then click on editer 

 then go to Clone  Stamp

and Change the Dress

and it would be like this
