Follow These Instructions:
Step 1 :-
Go to a website that provides you with screen captures. Once there, find a set of caps that you want, save them. Make sure that the caps are in a sort of scene sequence. The closer the sequence, the better the quality of the gif.

 Step 2 :-
 Now open Photoscape.

Once open, click on the Animated GIF feature.

 Step 3 :-
Now that the Animated GIF workspace is open, direct your attention towards your upper left hand side. There you will see a list of folders pertaining to your computer. Using those, locate the folder in which youve saved the screencaptures, and click on it.

Clicking on the folder will prompt all images found within said folder to appear beneath the folder list, on the lower left hand side.

 Step 4 :-
Now that you have found the screencaptures, select them and drag them towards the empty space in the top center of your workspace; make sure that the caps are dragged in order, to ensure the animation is in proper sequence. **I prefer to drag 1 capture at a time, to ensure that they go in order**

 Step 5 :-
After youve moved all your screencaptures towards the top bar; and you can see your animated image in the center workspace you are now able to adjust the size of your image. On your right hand side, you will see sizing tool. Fiddle with it, until you reach desired size.

 Step 6 :-
If your animation is moving either too quick or too slow, use the speed tool found above the sizing tool on your right hand side. Using this tool will change the speed to all your caps, to whatever you set it too.

 Step 7 :-
After doing all this you are ready to save your image. Simply click on the save button, found on the top right hand corner.
 Result:-
