Tutorial For Window Blinds Effect 

Open Photoscape click "Editor"
Stay On the wrd "Home".
Open a photo to edit'
Backlight > Default
Auto contrast > High
Auto level > Middle
Bright,Color > Deepen -Middle

Now Select Object And select The box mode and color
black with a very low opacity With the tick mark fill..
Now click Photo + object > conbines your photo with object.

Bright,Color>Click On middle of it
Deepen-53
Brighten-0
Darken-27

Explosure-1.00
Gamma bright-1.00
Bright-0
Contrast-9
Hue-37
Saturation--70

Bloom-default
Backlight-(+100)
