Click On backlight 
Filter - Film Effect - Provia High 
Filter - Smart Blur- 3.7 
Filter - Noise Reduction - Middle 
Backlight x (+ / -) 50% default 
Filter -  Film Effect - velvia -Middle
Go to ward object - mountain sun - puts the texture - Opacity 90 
Place the first material downloaded keep opacity 205
Then place the second material downloaded with opacity 205 
Click Photo + Object 
Frame - Blacklinie x 2 
Click Photo + Frame.
