Material:-
 

PROCESS:-

1st Step:-Go to 'filter'-'noise reduction(clear skin)'-'high'

2nd Step:-go to sharpen then click on 10.

3rd Step:-go to  Filter then click on 'region(out of focus)'.

4th Step:-Now a dialog box will open do the changes n that like this:

5th Step:- download the object 
enlarge it ,so that it covers the whole picture and set its opacity 100.
